Lawrence Tsang
President & CEO
Mr. Tsang holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a minor in Economics from the University of British Columbia. A Registered Professional Geologist (PGeo) and Qualified Person (QP) under NI 43-101, he specializes in gold, silver, and base metals exploration. With expertise in assessments, technical reports, feasibility studies, and project development, Mr. Tsang has advanced numerous projects, including the Premier Gold Project in BC, from early exploration to development.

Mathew Lee
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Commerce graduate from the University of British Columbia with over 15 years of experience in corporate leadership and financial management. Since 2017, he has provided CFO services to various publicly traded companies across industries like technology, mining, cannabis, and ESG. With expertise in M&A accounting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, Mr. Lee has held senior roles at AP Capital Management, Raymond James Ltd., and Smythe LLP.

Based in Vancouver, BC, he has executed IPOs, reverse takeovers, financings, mergers, and divestitures. His expertise includes developing financing strategies, liaising with stakeholders, creating business plans, and ensuring compliance. Mr. Lau’s knowledge has made him a trusted leader in financial management and advisory services.

Previously, he held directorships at several companies and is now with Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd.
