Lawrence Tsang
President & CEO
Mr. Tsang holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a minor in Economics from the University of British Columbia. A Registered Professional Geologist (PGeo) and Qualified Person (QP) under NI 43-101, he specializes in gold, silver, and base metals exploration. With expertise in assessments, technical reports, feasibility studies, and project development, Mr. Tsang has advanced numerous projects, including the Premier Gold Project in BC, from early exploration to development.

Justin Lau is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. His diverse credentials highlight his ability to navigate complex accounting environments across global markets.

Mr. Velisek has over 25 years of experience in capital markets as a licensed trader of equities, options, and futures, and as an Investment Adviser. He has held roles in investor relations and consulting for public companies. Currently, he serves as a director of Trillium Gold Mines Inc., Datinvest International Ltd., and Cognetivity Neurosciences Ltd. Previously, he held directorships at several companies and is now with Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd.
